Rick Scott (R-FL) and Roger Marshall (R-KS) inexplicably block the administration’s nominees to oversee American aid to Ukraine. They clap for Zelenskyy on Wednesday and stab him in the back on Thursday. Putin couldn’t ask for more compliant bastards.
