Dino from Lancaster
Although I honed in on his, “government is your enemy” quote, I missed his, “public employees are the non-producing part of society” quip. On WIVB, he explained that he really meant it within the context of Marxist economic theory – that teachers, sanitation workers, cops, and firefighters don’t toil in the factories operating the means of production.
Dino Fudoli is what happens when you elect a WBEN caller to government.
This guy is a fool, makes you wonder what kind of people would elect such a person. The people of Lancaster that voted for this clown should be ashamed of themselves.
The Dem party players are showing their desperation – they feel total control of Lancasters tax funded appointments/patronage slipping away. Thanks Supervisor Fudoli
What is a Lancaster supervisor doing invoking marxist terminology like “means of production,” and distinguishing (as Marx himself did!) between productive labor and service labor? A horrifying spectacle! Time to purge this Lenin-and-Khruschevesque bald Bolshevik before it’s too late!
At least he spun himself into some answer that will make history teachers proud. Better than Rep. Akin’s spin on rape. Ugh. Some days it is very difficult to be a Republican.
“So I would hope that they look at what I meant to say as opposed to what they think I was trying to say.” Uh… isn’t that the same thing?
Supervisor Fudoli also owes Erie County and the IRS $50,000.00+ in back taxes!
What a hypocrite! Calling taxpayers and public employees “non productive members of society”, and he himself is illegally evading taxes.
Dino Fudoli the tax crusader, is actually Dino Fudoli the tax evader. I believe channel 2 will be doing a full-fledge story on this, this evening.
You can view Dino’s back taxes (some going back as far as 2008, using Erie County’s link below.
Just type in Fudoli in the “Owner Name Field” and you can see how owes $50K plus in back taxes on over 1/2 dozen properties.

What is past due. Most look current with Zero balances. I don’t see anything with a $50,000 past due amount.
Fudoli owes $7,957 on a 12 acre parcel on Transit Road in Cheektowaga.
$4,459 on a house at 6360 Transit.
$2,073 on a nearby house at 6335 Transit.
$2,018 on a house on Westwood Road in Alden where his brother lives.
And $405 on a vacant land on Rehm Road in Cheektowaga.
The only property in Erie County he’s current on is his personal residence on Farmview Court in Lancaster, assessed at a quarter-million dollars.
I don’t know where the commenter got information on his IRS situation, but that hasn’t been reported.
His excuses are fucking ludicrous.
