The Face of Evil in America

There are no words to describe my rage at hearing this yesterday (interestingly enough, it was played & discussed on the Howard Stern Show).  In this video, demonic professional panhandler Pat Robertson tells a woman that it’s better to create a rift in her family than to attend her sister’s marriage to another woman.

A glimpse into Santorum’s America:

  • So, I guess the saying “blood is thicker than water” doesn’t apply if it’s gay blood.

  • Black Rock Lifer

This is coming from the same fool that told a man it was OK to leave his wife because she suffered from Alzheimers disease. These far right “christians” are nothing more than hate mongers, playing on the base instincts of the simple minded and intolerant.

  • At least he is not a papist!

  • Where is the dividing line that makes someone a far right Christan OK to hate by far left anti Christians? You guys are just the flip side of the coin except you have a much smaller voice. All the proof you need is right in this blog. Only problem is you are just as sure of your hatred as being correct as Robertson is his. That’s Flucked up.

  • What WNYGoo said.

  • The news is bad these days

Afghan president wants U.S. troops out of villages..
U.S. moves massacre soldier to Kuwait; Afghans furious…
    Thousands protest, chant anti-American slogans…
Taliban suspends peace talks with U.S….

Looks like the right wing is running out of Obama Derangement Syndrome talking points … the recent gasping, fainting and pearl-clutching after the Derrick Bell hug (OMG!!!!) shows that team Breitbart has a pretty weak depth chart.

  • Here goes Allen Miller whining again – anytime someone criticizes the actions of a alleged Christian, then that person is “Anti-Christian”.

I don’t care whether the hate mongerer is Christian or atheist – I will criticize equally. But at least an atheist hate mongerer won’t have his bible to hide behind.

  • You know what I hate? When a chickenhawk protection racket decides it’s cheaper to intimidate its victims into silence rather than acknowledge its guilt.

  • Robertson is ok with some legal weed and a little oral sex, though – but only if you’re married and don’t feel ashamed about it.

I think the old boy may be loosening up somewhat. He still is very creepy and very phony.

@Allen Miller – It has been my experience that most overly religious types are very creepy, very phony, very arrogant and very repressed.

  • I’m more than tired of being hassled by Robertson for change in front of Cole’s on Elmwood — there’s no way to get by him.

  • Oooooh, Allen Miller is back! Squeeeeeee! I’ve had to go elsewhere for my daily dose of dumb, but now I don’t have to anymore! Huzzah!!

  • So the merry gang of liberals has returned. If you took a group picture, the caption would say “the moral decay of american society”. Any perversion of any moral standard is cool.

I know and am friends with plenty of homosexuals, and one of my cousins is gay.

There is no such thing as a “Gay marriage”, but attending one of these farsical functions is a persons way of saying they agree with the concept. If you don’t agree, you don’t go. wouldn’t matter if it was one of my siblings or one of my children. Doesn’t mean I don’t love them, just means I disagree with how they choose to conduct themselves.

Stand on Principle!!! Liberals—GOOD Conservatives—BAD. It’s a great little system y’all have worked out.

I believe when many of you reach the time when the living spirit, put in your body by that terrible God who you find so repulsive, leaves your body and returns to whence it came, it will find 2 guards at the gate. A US Marine, and a “Chickenhawk”. Glad I’m not you.

  • I lost count of the number of examples of irony and lack of self-awareness there.

Hank, your boy Limbaugh has really been covering himself in glory, hasn’t he.
